The Practice is a Yellow Fever Centre and we have Yellow Fever Vaccines in stock.
Yellow Fever is an acute infection spread by the bite of an infected mosquito in tropical Africa and South America. There is no specific treatment for yellow fever when caught and it can be a fatal disease.
It is spread by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito.
Yellow Fever vaccination is used to protect individuals at risk of yellow fever disease and also to stop the international spread of yellow fever.
The vaccine lasts for 10 years. Some countries require an International Certificate of vaccination for entry.
The yellow fever vaccine should be given 10 days before entry into the country of risk. There are different contra–indications to the vaccine and we will guide you on these.
We provide vaccination and certification.
